费用：申购/赎回文档将USDC链上Gas和USD银行费用归投资者；管理费计入NAV。合约页仅写USTB特定Ethereum方法在撰写时费用为0，不能据此承诺所有基金、所有路径或当前费率为0。

- 核USTB/USCC申赎时点、接收方式与pending状态

## 使用边界
- 本档案研究基金及Investor Portal，不覆盖Opening Bell全部股票/发行人产品。三链字段来自现Invesco USTB、Bitwise USCC产品正文和对应合约表；已读CUSHY正文仅列Solana与book-entry，不能把平台三链套给CUSHY或任意新基金。
- 实体审核、逐基金申请、持币allowlist与USDC/USD payout destination不同；添加一种地址不会自动添加另一种。本文不判定读者法律资格，也不复制动态地区/资产门槛为准入结论。
- 地址页与Overview对Admin/Operator及allowlist等待期有不同表述；Tokenize页明确新增地址后6小时，payout新增/修改有24小时等待。按具体动作与账户状态核，不能统一宣称立即可用。
- 当前合约页同时列AllowlistV3/V4并描述2026年9月迁移计划；未查询实例实现。V4.2部分旧getter仅token可调用、客户改用isAllowed(address,address)，不能凭计划日期推全部已迁移。
- USTB连续计价、USCC每日计价和CUSHY周期申赎不同；文档中的cutoff、假期表及实时流动性条件不能变成无条件到账保证。NAV与30日收益率也不保证单调或未来回报。
- 所有指南为公开方法核验；没有登录账户、查询业务/RPC、调用SDK或执行Tokenize/申赎/转账。
