公共物品拨款与收益捐赠基础设施。核对v1历史GLM奖励、v2锁仓/WETH及轮次预算、投票和可领记录，区分Vault本金份额与拨款。

访问条件：官方公开文档和固定源码可匿名读取；实际锁仓、signup、模拟、投票和领取涉及对应钱包/签名或交易。Capital Provider可限制资格，各轮开启的资金来源不同；未使用账户或验证当前开放轮次。
费用：当前投票文档称signup为链上交易、后续ballot/改票gasless；签消息仍有权限含义。Wallet WETH路线正文描述50%投票预算、50%兑换配置burn token并burn，不应当作全额可追回捐款或统一手续费。各Vault/路由费率、当前Gas和地区准入未完整核验。

## 使用边界
- v1 Epoch11是2026-03-04结束的最后分配窗；旧90天机制、旧ETH奖励与v2轮次名称/WETH/rolling30day不能互换。当前参与页仍称upcoming Epoch12，不据此宣称当日该轮开放。
- v2 funding vault是架构统称，strategy/multistrategy/locked vault、可选社区staking和Voting App分别核对。本金shares与捐赠收益shares不同，保留本金是目标而非保证。
- 网络字段覆盖所读Ethereum用户流程；其他Capital Provider网络/资产没有完整矩阵，未按GLM名称推多链支持。
- core固定1.3.0提交06ae2b9解释合约分支，未验证当前代理一致。固定TAM支持multiple signups，与当前Voting App一次预算/seq-ZK流程不同，不把两者视为同一客户端实现。
- 所有指南为documentation，只解释本人/获授权的已有非敏感记录；没有查询当前仓位、签名、贡献、领取或资金回执。
