用社区和 Funding 池已有记录排查质押、激活治理、支持权重、Conviction 门槛与执行结果；区分 Council/Tribunal 权限和提案资金收款。

访问条件：官方文档/固定代码公开；社区和池可按已有URL/脱敏记录查看。个人Your Voting Power框在固定前端依赖成员、激活与钱包地址，匿名缺框不证明零质押。Join/Leave、激活、投票、Execute/Dispute均可能签名或改链状态，应独立核权限；本文不操作钱包。
费用：文档注册需RegistrationStake，另有Council可设CommunityFee及其百分比ProtocolFee；Gas、提案/纠纷原生币collateral与仲裁费分别核。已读正文不提供统一当前费率，不能按目录宣传推所有社区零费；读取静态资料没有验证实际手续费或赞助。

- 排查VP占比及VotingPowerUsed变化
- 核对Funding提案门槛/池余额/状态
- 对账Disputed、执行回执与beneficiary收款

## 使用边界
- 按V2官方任务文档及固定a38ed104源码；不把旧gardens.1hive.org/V1流程或README声明当当前任意池实际部署。app根GET只返回壳，未读取实时Graph/RPC、账号或池状态。
- README明确6链产品范围，不扩大到所有Allo/Safe网络；社区地址、poolId/strategy和proposalId必须同链辨认。
- 文档Streaming仍comingsoon，固定源码已含Streaming分支；本组只解释Funding/Signaling，Streaming当前部署、自动流和费率均未核。
- 支持占比、累计Conviction、通过显示、执行交易与beneficiary资金各有边界；正请求固定distribute要求Conviction严格大于threshold，不用rounded相等推执行成功。
- 文档Tribunal一周叙述与固定defaultRulingTimeout配置分开；超时需rule动作，仲裁押金退款可局部失败，裁决不等付款。
- 全部documentation，未注册、签Covenant、授权、质押、分配支持、触发执行/纠纷或验证到账。
