已进入维护模式的EVM拨款协议。针对存量Pool核对Registry身份、策略和权限，再区分申请状态、直接捐款与Merkle匹配资金发放。

访问条件：Gitcoin当前产品正文明确Allo在2025年5月Grants Stack关闭后进入maintenance mode且active development ceased。公开历史文档与开源合约可研究；本档案不承诺旧Grants Stack前端、新轮创建服务或SDK持续维护。具体存量池资格由其策略和角色决定。
费用：固定Core区分创建池baseFee（本链NATIVE原始单位）和资助池percentFee（分母1e18），均需匹配部署/时点记录；还有链费和策略/代币差异。旧文档0ETH/2.5%与部署清单0快照不作当前统一费率。

## 用途
- 核对已有Pool和Profile/Anchor身份
- 核对Pool角色与历史费用字段
- 排查DirectTransfer捐款和匹配资金分发

## 使用边界
- 当前Gitcoin Grants业务、旧Grants Stack产品层、Allo Core协议与自定义strategy分别核对；旧首页v2 mainnet/v2.1 preview不是新轮仍活跃的证明。
- 网络来自固定d262e7两部署清单与网络配置交叉的16个主网记录；README旧表仅9链，其他主网也有清单证据。未验运行状态、代理升级或每链策略部署，Fantom不改称Sonic，测试网不列为当前可用保证。
- 固定README同地址说明不覆盖全部部署行：LUKSO Allo proxy及zkSync Era Allo/Registry不同；Filecoin/zkSync清单缺implementation，不能据名称补猜。
- 源码固定d262e7、文档固定fd60eb7；Registry/Allo可升级，策略参数也可变。当前产品页MIT表述与固定核心/策略SPDX AGPL-3.0-only不同，按具体文件核对。
- 只有文档与静态源码核验，没有业务API/RPC、链上当日部署、账户或实际注册/捐款/发款操作；getPayouts或Accepted不能单独证明到账。
