# RedotPay退款没出现：分授权释放、商户退款和原卡状态

## 前置条件
- 准备既有脱敏原交易ID、原卡识别、状态和金额时点、商户退款确认、RedotPay接收/入账通知；不提供PAN/CVV或凭据。
- 仅读官方方法和已有材料，不登录App、联系商户/客服、删除卡、申请新卡或发起资金操作。

## 1. 先固定服务和资格范围

按原卡及交易材料区分卡侧退款与链上入金/提款。当前KYC国籍、所在地区访问、居民发卡/billing address规则分别核，不以未在某一表出现推另一项可用。

9月24日媒体描述州级借贷许可和未来US开放；当前三表仍含美国/中国大陆限制。原账户材料也不证明现在可注册、发卡或该地可访问；不绕过限制或操作新账户。

## 2. 从Authorized和Cleared分出临时占用

Authorized表示请求已到商户但未完全处理，金额临时占用；通常1–4天转后续状态，某些商户可达30天。Cleared是已完成并将款项送给商户，不再pending。

以已有状态时点和原交易ID核，不把占用看成链上资产已转出，也不把时间已经过通常区间当已完成退款。

核对结果：临时占用、清算和材料时点清楚，不以等待天数代替结果。

## 3. Reversal要回看原行而不是找新增退款

当前Reversal说明：通常Authorized后1–5天释放，原交易保留在当天历史、金额显示0，不再新建一条返还行。官方查看路径是主页Transactions旁[…]进入历史，本文只描述入口不实际访问。

部分reversal为商户最终清算少于初始授权的差额释放，需商户完成最终结算。金额0或差额不能单独证明原账户最终到账；保留原授权、清算与余额变化，避免重复累计原行和释放。

## 4. 保留商户处理和平台入账两阶段

How Are Refunds Handled写商户处理可能30天以上、RedotPay收到后2–15天入账；另一个等待页写一般2–15天且收到后立即记入。当前文字不一致，不能给统一到账承诺。

记录申请、商户确认已处理、平台收到和真正credit/通知四个时点。等待页建议商户确认后仍15天未出现再联系支持；这里只形成待核清单，不代发联系或据一张商户确认认定余额已到账。

核对结果：四时点各有证据或未知，两份时间说明冲突保留。

## 5. 金额不足先分原交易费和商户退回

退款差额说明称原支出另加约1%交易费，商户只收到purchase amount，退款不包括原fee。按原币种/账单把merchant purchase、fee、refund分列，不能把约1%当每类交易的统一当前费率。

若没有原金额、币种或费用明细，不补精确差值或用退款金额反推链上兑换价；卡退款credit与后续链上提款另有费用/状态。

## 6. 核原卡删除与最终credit材料

待退款项按原购买卡返回；删除原卡后官方只说可能无法记回账户，不能写一定追回或一定没收。只检查已有删除/原卡状态记录，不执行删卡或为测试重开。

删除卡与删除账户不是同一动作，本任务不套账户关闭规则。最终结果需平台入账通知或相应余额/交易记录；缺材料保持待处理/未证实。

## 常见错误
- Reversal、商户退款、链上withdrawal不是同一笔动作，不能共用一条成功状态。

## 完成检查
- 留下对象、输入、原回执、计算口径和未验证项；没有资料不补假值，也不操作账户或资金。
