ARCOS：可复用的 NFT 能力状态机框架（Ownership Module v0.5 → v1.0）

ARCOS 提出以受治理的状态机框架（MAS，Module Activation System）协调 NFT 能力，首个 Ownership Module 已完成 v0.5 原型（Next.js/TypeScript，MAS 链下运行），覆盖 Delegation、Shared Ownership、Custody、Rental 四项能力。
